Joi Robinson

Joi grew up in Los Angeles and Diamond Bar, California. She attended Catholic elementary schools, including St. Bernadette Catholic School in Baldwin Hills and Notre Dame Academy in West Los Angeles. She attended Diamond Bar High School for three years and graduated from Beverly Hills High School. 

Joi received a Bachelor of Arts in American Literature and Culture from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Education in School Administration from Loyola Marymount University (LMU). She served as a Catholic middle school teacher for nine years, most recently at Our Mother of Good Counsel School in Los Feliz. In addition, she served as a WASC Visiting Committee Member for Catholic Schools in 2009, 2010, and 2023. 

Joi recognizes her Catholic education as the foundation of her Catholic values and commitment to serving others. She is passionate about Catholic education and receives high praise for her ability to motivate and inspire students from all walks of life.
