Program Goals
Realize each Catholic school’s vision of academic success through a professional development program designed to enhance educational leaders’ knowledge and skills in Governance & Leadership, Mission & Catholic Identity, Academic Excellence, and Operational Vitality
Empower educational leaders to drive school change, establish priorities, and improve their practice
Design individual learning paths with each resident principal around the Archdiocesan pillars and facilitate authentic field experiences based on competencies in each pillar
Foster a collaborative community that equips resident principals with a sense of efficacy and growth to reach their greatest potential in and outside of academia
Our Vision
Each Onward Leader actualizes the Archdiocesan vision for growth at their school site by establishing a collaborative culture to ensure vibrant Catholic schools for present and future generations.
